The SCU is hosting a meet and greet at La Fromagerie on Sunday, April 30th at 3 pm to wind up its first pool noodle ride of the season. Come and meet other cyclists! The SCU will be at the Laughing Buddha with some oil for your bikes, and some tips for getting your bike ready for the spring.

Prior to the meet and great, experienced riders from the SCU will be riding on some of our main roads to help raise awareness about the 1 metre passing law, which mandates that drivers of motor vehicles must give cyclists 1 metre of space between the outmost part of their bike and the outmost part of the vehicle when they pass.

You must preregister for this ride by sending an email to info@sudburycyclistsunion.ca, stating that you’d like to ride with us. We will contact you with important safety information. 

Our community rides for all ages and abilities begin on May 4.
