The SCU submitted its response to the City’s request for input to the first Elgin Greenway Project public open house, which was held on March 19, 2013. The response incorporates our vision of the Greenway as gathered from members through meetings and electronic communications.

The SCU looks forward to further discussions and input sessions, and supports the consultation the City is undertaking with the community to build consensus on the implementation of the Greenway.
